How do I receive my digital downloads?

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account on our Shopify store and checking your order history.

Can I get a refund on digital items?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on downloadable items unless the file is faulty or corrupted. If you have any issues, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?

If your download link isn't working, try the following:

  • Refresh your browser or clear your cache.
  • Check your spam/junk folder for the email.
  • Log into your account on this website and download it from your order history.
  • If the issue persists, please reach out to us with your order number, for support.

Can I print the digital products at home?

Yes! Our digital files are high-resolution and can be printed at home or at a local print shop for best results.

Do I need special software to use the digital downloads?

Most files are provided in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, which can be opened on most devices. For editable planners (Google Sheets or Notion templates for example), instructions are included with your download.

Can I use digital items for commercial purposes?

All digital downloads are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise. If you're interested in a commercial licence, please contact us before purchase.

Can I share or resell my digital downloads?

No, all digital products are for personal use only. They cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared.

Can I purchase digital products as a gift?

Absolutely! The beauty of a digital download makes it ideal for gifting. Simply enter the recipient's email at checkout, and they will receive the download link after purchase.

Will my digital downloads expire?

No, your files will always be available in your account area, under order history. However, we recommend downloading and saving them for easy access.

Can I edit my digital download after purchase?

Editable files (such as Notion templates or Google Sheets planners) can be customised within those platforms. Non-editable files like PDFs, JPGs, and PNGs cannot be altered.

Delivery & Payments

Do you sell physical products?

Yes! While most of our items are digital downloads, we also offer physical items such as mugs, mouse mats, and apparel, which will be clearly marked as items that need shipping.

How long does shipping take for physical products?

Physical items such as mugs, mouse mats, apparel etc, are all printed on demand by a trusted third party. Shipping times may vary, but are usually printed and shipping within 3-5 working days. We constantly monitor shipping times, and will update the product page if shipping is expected to be longer than normal. Please note, items may ship separately, as they are usually shipped once they are printed, so this may result in a multi-part delivery in some cases. You will however, only be charged one shipping fee.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

  • For digital products: Log into your account or check your email for the download link.
  • For physical products: Check your tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.

How do I apply a discount code?

At checkout, there will be a discount code box where you can enter your promo code before completing the purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Can I request a bulk order for physical items?

Absolutely! If you're interesting in a bulk order, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss pricing and customisation options.
